What size are the postcards?

All artworks are 15 x 10cm.

How do I buy a piece?

There are 2 ways to attempt to purchase a piece.

As a guest or using our NEW Auto Purchase Process by creating an account here

Why features do I get access to by creating an account?

  • Create an account here https://shop.incognito.ie/customer/account/create/
    providing your contact details, and a valid email address. This account will allow you access to our New Wishlist feature and Auto Purchase Process.
  • By adding items to your Wishlist, these items will be automatically included in our NEW Auto Purchase Process where the system will attempt to purchase items in your Wishlist based on the priority you have given it. So only add items to your Wishlist that you want to try and purchase. (MAX number of cards that can be purchased using Auto Purchase is 3. Eg If you only want to try purchase 1 item, only add 1 item to your Wishlist).

Why do you need me to add a Valid card to my account registration?

  • A valid card is required to pre-authorize any purchases from the Auto Purchase Process. This will reduce any delays in completing successful transaction. All card details are held and processed by Stripe. Stripe Checkout User Services Agreement – Ireland | Stripe | Ireland

Do I have to create an account?

It’s strongly recommended but not essential. You can log onto Incognitio.ie on April 22nd at 10am and add ONE item to your cart. Your item will be reserved in your cart for 3 minutes for you to proceed to checkout and complete your purchase. If your 3 minutes lapses, the item will be removed from your cart and available for other customers to purchase.

How does the Auto Purchase Process assign to a customer?

The Auto Purchase Process goes live at 10am on the 22nd April, when all artwork numbers that customers have given the same priority to in their Wishlists will be generated into the Auto Purchase Process where the system will randomly assign the piece to one customer. The customer will receive a confirmation email when successful.

*Please note that the Auto Purchase Process will attempt to purchase up to THREE items in your Wishlist. If you would only like to purchase ONE item, only add ONE item to your Wishlist. Only add items to your Wishlist that you want to attempt to purchase!

How many items can I add to my Wishlist?

Any items in your Wishlist from 9.59am on April 22nd will be automatically included in the Auto Purchase Process and the system will proceed to attempt to purchase up to 3 items. Only add the number of items you wish to attempt to purchase in your Wishlist. You may end up with 3, 2, 1 or none.

How do I know if I get a piece?

All successful customers will receive an email notification to their registered email address confirming their order. Confirmation of orders from the Auto Purchase Process may take a longer duration.

How do I know what pieces are available to purchase?

Items that are RESERVED have been added to another users cart. If the item has been sold the item will appear as SOLD.

When do I find out who the artists is?

Artists names will be written on the back of each card and will only be revealed once the customer receives delivery of their piece. An online reveal of artists will happen once all items have been shipped out to customers. Due to Covid-19, this process may take up to 2 weeks to complete.

I’ve ordered the wrong piece or I’d like to cancel my order, what can I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for items selected incorrectly. All sales are final. So be sure to carefully select the pieces to add to your Wishlist for Auto Purchase Process are the correct items and quantity and correct items are added to cart for check out.

I’ve ordered multiple pieces and been charged shipping on each transaction, can I pay for one shipping and direct them all to the one shipping address?

Due to the fragile nature of the pieces of art , all orders are completed and packed individually and our post and packaging rates are per order.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email, what do I do?

An automatic confirmation will be sent to the email address used to create the account. Check your junk, spam or clutter folders incase it’s fallen in there.

I’ve selected my piece but it says ‘RESERVED’ what does this mean?

Items marked Reserved means that another user has selected this piece and has it in their cart. If that transaction isn’t completed within the 3 minute window, the item will be released for other customers to purchase.

Pieces may be reserved within the Auto Purchase Process for a longer period of time. You can access the Auto Purchase Process by creating and account prior to April 22nd at 9.59am.

How do I know if a product is sold out?

Any items that have been checked out will be marked with a SOLD note on the artwork piece.

How many pieces can I purchase?

Our NEW Auto Purchase Process allows the system to attempt to purchase items in your Wishlist based on the priority you have given it. So only add items to your Wishlist that you want to try and purchase. (MAX number of cards that can be purchased using Auto Purchase is 3! For example: If you only want to try purchase 1 item, only add 1 item to your Wishlist.)

Guest users can only purchase 1 item per transaction.

I can’t find the number of the piece I want to purchase?

All items are numbered from JJ0001 – JJ3134. You can search for a particular number using the search bar. Or if you have created an account you can add your favourites to your Wishlist.

When does the 3 minute timer start?

The 3 minute timer starts when you add an item to your cart. From this time you will have 3 minutes to check out your items to secure your purchase. After this timeframe lapses, any items in your cart will be emptied and available for others to purchase.

The timer ran out when I was checking out, can I still get those pieces?

Once the 3 minutes have lapsed and your cart has been emptied, those pieces are available for other people to purchase. You need to refresh the page and try and purchase them again if they are still available.

The website isn’t working?

If the website isn’t working for you. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser – Chrome, Edge, Firefox. If there is an issue from our side (due to high volume of traffic) we will have updates on our social media – FB, TWITTER, Instagram and will be working away in the background trying to fix the issue.

I’m experiencing issues, who can I contact?

If you are experiencing issues that are not answered in our FAQ’s you can email your query in the ‘Contact Us’ section of the website, or send a private message to our social media team who are on hand to help direct your query to get you a quick response, or email the team at incognito2021@jackandjill.ie.

Can I pay using PayPal?

NO – all payments are processed using Credit/Debit cards.

I live outside of the ROI, can I still purchase a piece?

Absolutely, we have artists from Australia, Canada, Estonia, France, Germany, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, UK and the USA. Anyone in the world can purchase a piece from this collection. Currently all shipping and packaging will cost €5.

How do I know if a piece is still available?

If a piece has been purchased it will have SOLD on the corner of the art piece. Please remember to refresh the page from time to time to have a more accurate account of items sold or available.

Can I just make a donation to the charity?

Absolutely, If you do not wish to purchase a piece of art from the collection you can donate directly to the charity here.

I'd like to submit a piece for next year, how do I do this?
