Raffle entries are treated as a 'preorder'. Your order number acts as your raffle entry, and you will receive an email confirming your entry. No payment will be taken at this point; however an authorisation of payment will be taken, which places a temporary hold on funds for a short period of time. The time that it takes for funds to be released can depend on your financial institution.

Payment is only taken when a raffle winner is selected for a particular artwork.

If you do not have the available amount in your balance during the winner selection process, and you are selected, this will return as a payment failure. The system will then go and select another customer until it can find someone who can complete the transaction.

No, all payments are processed using credit/debit cards.

Post and packaging to the ROI is €6.50, NI is €9.50, and rest of world is €9.70.

Please make sure to carefully review your raffle entries before the raffle closes to new entries/cancellations at 11.45am on May 20.

Note: If you cancel a raffle entry for a specific artwork, you will not be able to re-enter a raffle for that same artwork. All cancellations are final.

As each artwork will only have one unit in stock, once the raffle sales have been processed, those particular artworks will be marked as sold. Remaining artworks will be available to purchase in the live sale, which will get underway once the raffle is completed.

Once the sale has closed, the identities of the artists will be revealed, and you’ll discover who crafted each incognito masterpiece!
